Proposed are a total of 4no. (four) roaming off-grid shepherd huts
for guests along with a permeable parking/turning area, recycling/waste, and a compost WC block. One parking bay per shepherd hut and two for maintenance are proposed, with an entrance track/road. Each guest shepherd hut will not |have a permanent location on site as they will be free roaming to allow to preserve and maintain the woodland. Also proposed is a service hut.
